DISC Nucleoplasty

Low Back Pain Movie IconDISC Nuceloplasty - percutaneous disc decompresion L5/S1

A 21 year old man with a 5 year history of low back pain without any obvious precipitating event is presented. He has a small central, contained disc bulge at L5/S1 and a positive discogram at that level. The two levels above were normal and pain free.
